Our recruitment strategies are focused on embracing diverse talent and ensuring an equitable, inclusive hiring process.

We ensure our content represents the vibrant and varied experiences of our audience. By collaborating with writers, photographers, and experts from diverse backgrounds, we commit to producing at least 25% of our content through diverse perspectives, allowing us to better serve our global readership.

Ongoing Learning and Awareness

Inclusion is a continuous journey, and our team is committed to learning along the way. All How Kuwait employees will undergo regular training on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), including topics like unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. Open conversations will be encouraged to foster empathy and understanding within our team.

Evaluating and Improving

We’re committed to examining our own practices to identify and eliminate any potential biases. By the end of 2024, we’ll conduct a thorough review of our content, policies, and procedures to ensure they are inclusive. Additionally, we will establish a DEI advisory board to guide our long-term initiatives and monitor our progress.

Our commitment extends beyond our team—we actively seek to make a positive impact in the community. We will partner with organizations focused on diversity and inclusion in the Gulf region, providing support through collaboration, funding, and volunteer efforts.
